* Scalable solutions from 5 kLD to 1 MLD. Engineering design tailored per source.
Key Features & Process
Chlorination & Oxidation Pre and post-chlorination oxidizes dissolved iron into ferric states and prevents biofouling in the filtration unit.
Iron-cum-Turbidity Removal Depth filtration via 8mm thick mild steel vessels removes suspended colloids with a minimum ~120 second retention time.
Lead & Lag Arsenic Adsorption Dual pressure vessels feature nanotechnology-based adsorption media designed for a continuous 3-year operation lifespan.
Zero Liquid Discharge Focus Dedicated Backwash Water Treatment unit filters sludge via a multimedia gravity bed, enabling clear water re-use for gardening.
Robust Architecture Flanged inlet/outlet piping and welded top/bottom domes ensure structural integrity under continuous municipal loads.
Integrated Pipeline Infrastructure Seamless routing from Pump House to Sluice Valve Chamber, processed through the AIRP, and stored safely in the OHSR.
